[豪酒品飲計畫] López de Heredia – Bosconia & Tondonia
擁有百年歷史的López de Heredia酒莊，是Rioja最古老且頂尖的酒莊之一，非常受侍酒師和大師們喜愛。
酒莊至今仍堅持100年前的釀酒方式，使用超過125年歷史的大型發酵木槽，且完全沒有控溫設備，只讓天然酵母菌進行天然發酵。
林裕森老師稱其為讓時間靜止的酒莊。這次我們會喝酒莊經典的兩款Vina Tondonia Reserva以及Vina Bosconia Reserva，體現不同地塊和風格。

Serious and concentrated, at least by the standards of some López de Heredia reds, this reflects the heat of the 2009 vintage... it's spicy, savoury and high toned with grippy tannins, layers of tobacco and red fruits and classic, supporting acidity. 2021-30. (2021)
